First Aid is a basic skill everyone should learn and the fact is you probably know how to do most things anyway but what our courses offer is the confidence to stand up and help when it's needed. We offer a range of course to cover all requirements, whether it's for scuba diving, work, looking after children, or just because you want to be able to help someone in need

EFR Primary and secondary care course
This is the standard First aid course which will cover everything you need to be able to help someone in need. during this course, we will cover things like bandaging and how to deal with cuts both minor and serious through to the most effective ways to deliver CPR and what to do with someone who is choking. HSE First Aid at Work (3 day)
HSE requires that all workplaces have adequate first aid cover and this is the standard first aid course for UK workplaces (sometimes known as the 3-day first aid at work course) and covers all the requirement set out by the HSE set out in their First Aid workplace requirements which can be found on their Website

HSE Emergency first aid at work (1 day)
Sometimes your workplace may not need the full First Aid at Work course so you have the option of completing the emergency first aid which is a one day course which covers most of the things covered in the full First Aid at Work course but is designed for workplaces such as offices and shops where the risk of a major injury is less than in a factory or workshop. if you would like to know more about this course please CLICK HERE

Care for children first aid course
This course is aimed at parents and guardians and is designed to give you the confidence to deal with any little accidents the child you are looking after my get into. We hope you never have to use these skills but it is always better to have these skills and not need them rather than the other way around. OFSTED (12 hour) paediatric first aid course
This course is designed for nurseries and childminders to meet the first aid requirements set out in the OFSTED guidance. Because we offer blended learning with this course the practical side of this course can be completed in just one day reducing the disruption to your business while meeting all of the requirements set out by OFSTED. Become a first aid instructor
Because we have a very active first aid school we can offer great instructor tuition with plenty of opportunities to observe first aid instructors at work and lead your own course while under the guidance of an experienced instructor before you start teaching on your own.
